Art contest: The real me
CONGRATULATIONS to the winners of our annual art contest which asked teens to show us how they see themselves. The L.A. Youth teen staff chose these images as the winners.

In the foreground the rosary and feathers represent the beliefs of my ancestors and my beliefs as a Catholic. Finally, the heart represents the bloodline that my ancestors and I share. To me it’s my family, heritage and beliefs that define ‘the real me.’”
